Bygone sash windows
have several important benefits when it comes to your home. They help you retain the value of your property, offer increased ventilation and thermal efficiency, as well as added security features to bring peace of mind.

Limit Stops

Limit stops are devices that prevent a window being opened beyond

An important safety feature for
young children

Continuous Horns

Bygone sash windows have integrated continuous horns, which are so essential

Authentic Georgian Bar

Bygone windows have triple fastened (for strength) internal & external Georgian bars, which give a high quality authentic look.
Most “cheap” replacement sash windows have Georgian “canes” placed in between two sheets of glass. This makes it obvious at a glance that your home has cheap double- glazed sash replacements as they do not have the depth, character and shadow lines which make sash windows with Georgian bars look so good.
